EMAI aims to award a joint degree from the four partner universities. If joint accreditation is not finalized, students will receive double or multiple degrees, following the rules and regulations of each university.
Erasmus Mundus EMAI Scholarship Benefits
- The EMAI scholarship program will grant 15 students full Erasmus Mundus Scholarships (EMS) for two years and another 15 students will be granted full tuition fee waivers only.
- The EMS will cover the program tuition fees
- a monthly non-taxable stipend of €1400 for the full length of the programme (24 months)

Eligibilities of Erasmus Mundus EMAI Scholarship
Candidates must meet one of the following academic requirements:
- Complete a first-cycle study program with at least 180 ECTS in information or communication technologies, engineering, physics, mathematics, or statistics.
- Complete a first-cycle study program with at least 180 ECTS in other fields, provided they fulfill essential study requirements for further studies before enrollment.
- Complete a first-cycle study program with at least 180 ECTS in other fields and meet specific requirements (10 to 60 ECTS) in relevant areas like ICT, engineering, physics, mathematics, or statistics, as determined by the EMAI Academic Program Committee.
The EMAI Academic Programme Committee requires candidates to have completed:
- At least 12 ECTS credits in mathematics courses, covering topics like calculus, linear algebra, logic, discrete mathematics, probability and statistics, graph theory, or related fields.
- At least 12 ECTS credits in programming courses, including programming paradigms, algorithms, and data structures.
- At least 12 ECTS credits in computing science or computer engineering courses, such as cryptography, computer networks, security, or theoretical computer science.

- Candidates submitting English language certificates must meet all the necessary scores at the time of the application.
- TOEFL iBT: At least 90, with subscores of 22 or higher. The Home Edition is not accepted.
- IELTS Academic: Achieve an overall score of 6.5 or higher, with all subscores at least 6.5, and meet the CEFR C1 level.
