ICESCO Young Professionals Program is an opportunity for young talents to spend 24 months of professional training at one of ICESCO’s Sectors, Departments, or Specialized Centers at the Organization’s Headquarters in Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco.
The ICESCO Young Professionals Program offers young professionals the chance to enhance their skills by undergoing professional training in ICESCO’s sectors, departments, or centers. The second edition of this program builds on its first edition’s success, which selected 13 participants from 10 ICESCO Member States out of 1,177 applicants. Some participants were hired by ICESCO after excelling in the program and gaining experience in international organizational work.

Eligibilities of ICESCO Young Professionals Program
- Must be a citizen of one of ICESCO Member States
- Age: No older than 35 years old as of the date of the call for applications
- Holder of at least a BA or equivalent in the fields of education, science, culture, and other fields pertinent to the work of ICESCO;
- Be proficient in at least one of the Organization’s working languages (Arabic, English, or French) but preferably fluent in two languages
- Candidates will sit for written exams and online interviews.
