Eligibility Criteria for Malaysian Government MTCP Scholarship
- Applicants must be 45 years old or younger at the time of application.
- Must have at least a Second Class Upper (Honours) or CGPA of 3.0 or equivalent in a bachelor’s degree.
- Must provide proof of English proficiency:
- IELTS (minimum score: 6.0), or
- TOEFL iBT (minimum score: 60), or
- Proof that previous degree was taught in English.
- Must be in excellent health, verified by a valid medical report (downloadable from MTCP website).
