The WIPO Young Experts Program (YEP) is a 2-year professional development opportunity for early-career individuals passionate about Intellectual Property (IP) and its role in innovation and sustainable development. Participants gain hands-on experience across WIPO’s initiatives, building technical and strategic skills while contributing to global IP work. The program is focused on learning and career growth, not recruitment, and participants cannot apply for WIPO jobs during the program or for two years after its completion.
