ARICE Scholarship Program 2025-26 in Romania

​The Romanian Government’s ARICE Scholarship Program for the 2025–26 academic year offers a fully funded opportunity for international students to pursue undergraduate, master’s, or doctoral studies in Romania. The Romanian Agency for Investment and Foreign Trade (ARICE) is offering 40 scholarships to international students for the 2025–2026 academic year.

The ARICE Scholarship Program 2025-26 covers tuition fees, accommodation, a monthly stipend, medical assistance, and local transportation. Moreover, there is no application fee, and applicants will undergo a one-year Romanian Language Course for Free to understand the Romanian Language. Benefits Not Included

• International travel to Romania is not covered.

• All foreign citizens, except those from EU and EFTA member states.
• Priority is given to applicants from non-EU/EFTA countries without educational cooperation agreements with Romania.
