The CrossCulture Program (CCP) is a fully funded fellowship sponsored by the Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen (ifa), Germany, and it aims to foster intercultural exchange between professionals working in civil society organizations globally. It provides the opportunity to work in Germany for 2-3 months to gain new skills and insights in some areas like human rights, media, and sustainable development.
