France Excellence Europa Scholarships 2025 offers European students a wonderful opportunity to study in France. The scholarship does not cover course fees or the costs of international or national transportation.

To be eligible for the France Excellence Europa scholarship, applicants must:

  • Be a national of one of 26 EU countries (excluding France).
  • Not hold French nationality, including dual citizenship.
  • Be at least 18 years old when studies begin (no upper age limit).
  • Not already have a Master’s degree from any country.
