The Hubei Provincial Scholarships 2025–2026 offers fully funded opportunities for international students to pursue higher education in Hubei Province, China. To support the growth of international education in China and improve the effective use of scholarships, Hubei Province has implemented regulations for managing the Hubei Provincial Scholarships. These rules aim to enhance talent development, promote scientific research, encourage social service, and strengthen cultural exchange in the province’s universities and colleges.

With an initial fund of 35 million yuan (approximately US$5 million), the Hubei Provincial Scholarships aims to attract outstanding students worldwide to study in Hubei’s top universities.
