The ICESCO Young Professionals Program (YPP) 2025 is a unique opportunity for young talents from diverse fields to work with the Islamic World Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ICESCO). ICESCO Young Professionals Program is an opportunity for young talents to spend 24 months of professional training at one of ICESCO’s Sectors, Departments, or Specialized Centers at the Organization’s Headquarters in Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco.
The ICESCO Young Professionals Program offers young professionals the chance to enhance their skills by undergoing professional training in ICESCO’s sectors, departments, or centers. The second edition of this program builds on its first edition’s success, which selected 13 participants from 10 ICESCO Member States out of 1,177 applicants. Some participants were hired by ICESCO after excelling in the program and gaining experience in international organizational work.

Yes, if you meet the other eligibility criteria and can commit to the program’s duration.
4. Does ICESCO assist with visa applications?
ICESCO may provide support letters, but visa arrangements are the candidate’s responsibility.
5. Can participants extend their tenure?
Extensions depend on performance and program requirements.
