Eligibility Criteria for National Taiwan Library Fellowship:

- Be recommended by an institution with an MOU with the Library, with research aligning with Taiwan or Southeast Asian Studies.
- Not eligible: Applicants already conducting research, teaching, or studies in Taiwan.
