- Enrolled full-time in an accredited college or university (U.S. or territories).
- Community college students in their transfer year are eligible.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 (exceptions considered for unique circumstances).
- Strong interest in pursuing a PhD in an engineering field (not for MD, JD, or MBA aspirants).
