- Bachelor’s Degree: At least a 6-semester Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a closely related field, with a total of at least 180 ECTS credits.
- You should have completed at least 150 of these credits at the time of application (83% of your total credits if a different system is used).
- Course Requirements: At least 60 ECTS credits in Economics, Agricultural Economics, and/or Econometrics.
- Within these 60 credits, you need at least 30 ECTS credits specifically in Economic Theory, Agricultural Economics, and Development Economics.
- Level of Study: Out of the 30 credits in Economic Theory, Agricultural Economics, and Development Economics, 18 ECTS should be from intermediate or advanced-level courses (not introductory).
- Mathematics or Statistics Requirement:
- At least 12 ECTS credits in Mathematics, Statistics, or Econometrics (beyond any courses counted in the Economics requirement).
Proficiency in English and/or German, depending on the program requirements.
- Verification of a least one (business) language course at level C1 in the programme on which the application is based upon
