The IUPALS (Italian Universities for Palestinian Students) initiative offers fully funded scholarships to Palestinian students residing in the Palestinian Territories. The External Academic Relations Office is pleased to announce the fully funded IUPALS Scholarships for Palestinian Students offered by the University of Parma in Italy. This opportunity is part of a broader initiative coordinated by the Conference of Italian University Rectors (CRUI), in collaboration with the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Consulate General of Italy in Jerusalem, to support Palestinian students through higher education in Italy.

The University of Bologna, renowned as the oldest university in the Western world, is offering 30 prestigious scholarships for international students enrolling in second-cycle (Master’s) degree programs for the academic year 2025-26. Each University of Bologna Scholarships include a €6,500 gross annual grant and full tuition fee exemption, awarded for up to two academic years.

​The Milan University Excellence Scholarship 2025-26 offers international students a remarkable opportunity to pursue a Master’s degree at University of Milan in Italy. For the 2025-2026 academic year, the University of Milan is offering 160 Excellence Scholarships to outstanding international students admitted to a Master’s degree program. These include 60 scholarships of €8,000 each, along with full tuition fee exemption, and 100 full tuition fee exemptions only.

The University of Calabria Scholarships 2025-26 is a prestigious financial aid program designed to attract outstanding international students to pursue master’s degrees in Italy. Offered by the University of Calabria (UniCal), this scholarship covers full tuition fees, provides free accommodation, and offers various academic support services to successful applicants. For the academic year 2025-2026, University of Calabria will award 132 scholarships to foreign students enrolled to the 11 International Master Degrees, taught in English.
